India and Turkmenistan – 30 Years of Partnership was completed on 4th March 2022. The Department of Post released a joint post stamp to celebrate 30 years of establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Turkmenistan. Sankirtana and Kushtdepdi both stamps are based on the traditional art of singing and dancing of Turkmenistan and India. These traditional dance and singing customs of India and Turkmenistan are part of the Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity (ICHH), which is a list of art and culture of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
