Recently in 2023, 75 years of politics in both countries have been completed and 75 years are being celebrated in the joy completion of 75 years of both countries. On this occasion, the postal departments of both countries made a set of two postage stamps named 75 Years of India and Luxembourg Friendship India Stamp. Amar Nath Sehgal is known all over the world for his art and creations. He was born on 5th February 1922 in Campbellpore. He studied chemistry at Banaras Hindu University. Amar Nath Sehgal went to New York in 1948 and studied art at the university there and returned to India. Amar Nath Sehgal’s artist was included by UNESCO in 1955. In India, he was given the Lalit Kala Puraskar in 1993. In 1978, Amar Nath Sehgal founded a studio in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Amar Nath Segal’s works are displayed to the public in Luxembourg. Amar Nath Sehgal established “The Creative Fund” in Luxembourg in 1986 in the presence of Luxembourg Prime Minister Jacques Santer to help inspire Indian artists. The culture of India and Luxembourg marks a unique exchange to help talented artists creatively.
