Dr. C. Natesa Mudaliar graduated in arts from Madras University. That was worked as a lecturer at Pithapuram Maharaja’s College and as an interpreter at The Woodroof Company. Then C. Natesa Mudaliar, as part of the ideology of the founder of the Justice Party and co-founder of the Dravidian Movement, had Brahmins celebrate their daughter’s wedding without priests. In November 1912, the Madras Dravidian Association has renamed the Madras United League, and later the Raja of Panagal was elected president. In 1923, Dr. C. Natesa Mudaliar was elected to the Legislative Council as a candidate of the Justice Party, and he served as an MLA till 1937. He died in 1937 at the age of 62.

Natesa Mudaliar had his early education in Madras, after which he graduated from Madras Medical College. In 1912, the Madras United League was founded, and Dr. C.
