20-08-2019 : A Indian Stamp of Indian Military Memorial from First World War

The Indian Military Memorial is a national monument of India. It was established in Villers Guislain, France. It represented the men of the Indian Army forces who were martyred on the Western fornt in the First World War. It is situated near the battleground where Lance Dafadar Gobind Singh achieved his Victoria Cross for his death challenging spirit on 1 December 1917. France has gifted land to prepare the monument for the Indian army at Villers Guislain, it is near Cambrai, and it was the place of a battle between the Germans and the associate, including an Indian army fighting with the British side.
