On July 1, 1933, Sardar School was renamed the Scindia School and its doors were opened to the public. The Scindia School was a pioneer in incorporating IT into its curriculum in 1984. The first four students to appear for the CBSE 12th computer exam were from here. This technological progress was possible under the able leadership of Maharaja Madhavrao Scindia II. The school now adopts contemporary teaching methods that promote globalization and environmental awareness, all under the guidance of a board led by His Holiness Maharaja Jyotiraditya Scindia.
