A Water year is a word commonly used in hydrological to explain a time period of 12 months for which precipitation totals are observed. It is beginning to differ from the calendar year because part of the precipitations falls in late autumn and winter snow and does not drain until the following spring or summer’s snowmelt. The year begins on 1st October and ends on 30th September. To buy Indian Stamp and miniature sheets visit our site Philacy.com
