₹120.00
Manoharbhai Patel was a self-made man who, despite limited educational opportunities, had the worldly wisdom to recognize the importance of education. He wanted to provide others with opportunities that were denied to them. In 1958, Manoharbhai Patel founded the Gondia Education Society which currently runs several schools and colleges covering a wide range of subjects. The existence of these educational institutions is due to the generous donations made by Manoharbhai Patel. Manoharbhai Patel’s goal was to create educational opportunities to improve the lives of all. A commemorative postage stamp was issued by the Indian Postal Department on the birth centenary of Shri Manoharbhai Patel.
